(1) Except for non-flammable gases, oxidizers must not be stored together with other incompatible materials; different types of oxidizers should be stored separately, and the mixing with organic combustibles is strictly prohibited. The warehouse should be thoroughly cleaned before and after storage, and before and after loading and unloading of transport vehicles, to prevent the introduction of impurities.
(2) Packaging must be intact and tightly sealed to prevent leakage and danger. If packaging is damaged, measures should be taken immediately, and any leaks must be thoroughly cleaned up.
(3) The warehouse must be watertight and protected from acid mist and other contaminants. Mixing with acids is strictly prohibited. The warehouse should be cool and well-ventilated, and protected from direct sunlight.
(4) Friction and impact should be avoided during storage and transportation. Refer to the guidelines for explosive materials.
(5) Oxidizers should be transported separately and must not be transported together with acids, organic matter, reducing agents, etc. Under normal circumstances, Class I inorganic oxidizers must not be mixed with organic oxidizers; nitrites, chlorites, and hypochlorites must not be mixed with other inorganic oxidizers.
